Can an AI assistant make outbound calls?

Only within an approved scope. Before any outbound calling, agree the audience permissions, applicable consent and calling requirements, identification, opt-out handling, recording settings, and escalation process. Unrestricted cold calling is not the default offer.

Does the assistant act without approval?

Permissions are defined per task. Actions such as payments, contract commitments, sensitive data changes, or unusual customer requests can require human approval. The implementation includes a way to stop or hand off work.

Can it support more than one language or work after hours?

These capabilities depend on the selected providers and scope. We test the required languages, accents, hours, and fallback behavior before making them part of the service.
