What this can look like / Illustrative example
Illustrative workflow for a service business. Messages, timing, and qualification rules are agreed before launch.
A concrete engagement
We agree deliverables, ownership, access, acceptance criteria, and fees before implementation. Provider subscriptions and usage charges are identified separately.
Define your first scopeMake the value measurable
Choose measures that fit the workflow. Track the effort, quality, cost, and outcome together.
Measure response time, assigned leads, and completed follow-ups.
Compare handling time, duplicate work, and correction rates.
Track qualified meetings or conversion where data supports it, alongside implementation and operating costs.
Examples describe possible scopes, not completed client results. Outcomes depend on implementation, adoption, data, and business conditions.
The practical details

Book a free discovery callYes. Implementation and ongoing support are separate, clearly defined scopes. A managed plan can include checks, issue handling, maintenance, reporting, and an agreed improvement backlog.
The offer is workflow and software implementation. Your authorized bookkeeper or accountant remains responsible for classifications, reconciliation approval, financial statements, and tax decisions. Accounting or tax advisory services are not included.
The goal is to remove friction and improve follow-through, with measures agreed before launch. Revenue depends on your offer, demand, sales execution, and adoption as well as the system. GEAR does not guarantee sales, savings, or a return.
