Personalized email, phone outreach, appointment workflows, and reply handling connected to your sales process. GEAR builds and manages an agreed outreach system with clear ownership and a useful handoff.
Start with a defined audience and a message worth receiving, whether that’s a founder’s first campaign or one lane in an enterprise outreach program. Channel rules, account setup, provider limits, and your team’s capacity shape the campaign.

What this can look like / Illustrative example
A relevant introduction becomes a prepared conversation.
Illustrative campaign flow. Email, human calling, and AI calling are assessed separately; a verified phone number or email address does not by itself establish permission.
01Approve audience & message
02Check channel eligibility
03Send or call within scope
04Handle replies & opt-outs
05Book & brief the owner
A concrete engagement
Know what you are getting.
We agree deliverables, ownership, access, acceptance criteria, and fees before implementation. Provider subscriptions and usage charges are identified separately.
Yes. The written scope defines the channels, audience, tools, message, human staffing, service hours, review steps, and reporting. Phone outreach does not imply an unlimited staffed call center.
Can AI cold-call any list of phone numbers?
No. AI voice and automated calls require a separate eligibility review, including applicable consent, calling restrictions, identification, opt-outs, and recording requirements. Buying a list or verifying a number is not permission to call it with an AI voice.
Who approves a campaign and its spending?
Your authorized owner approves the audience, messages, channel plan, operating limits, and budget. Software subscriptions, telephony, data, and advertising spend are scoped separately. GEAR does not commit your business to offers or contracts through an assistant without explicit authority.
What happens when someone asks to stop?
The workflow records the request and suppresses further outreach for the relevant channel and scope. Your team receives exceptions that require review. Stop conditions are tested before launch.
